Smiths Medical Kids Kit™ is a hemodynamic pressure monitoring system designed to allow withdrawal of blood samples from an umbillical artery catheter or peripheral artery catheter.
PRODUCT BENEFITS :
- The Kids Kit™ closed blood sampling system is designed to reduce the risk of contamination by maintaining a closed system throughout, including the sampling site.
- Only one syringe is needed to draw a blood sample when using the Smiths Medical access device.
- It is available with Smiths Medical LogiCal® and TranStar® transducers or as an add-on to your existing transducer system.
- Low volume tubing minimises flush volume
- Excess blood in the line can be reinfused to the patient
- Needle-free sampling system eliminates risk of needle stick injuries
